The frequencies mentioned for screening tests are accurate as long as your test results remain normal. Follow your provider's guidance for any abnormal results.
Note that these recommended screening tests are not all the screening tests; they are the most common ones, so it is a good idea to always ask your healthcare provider for advice.

Your health data is stored securely in Firebase. We do not sell or share your personal health information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

We use Google Analytics to understand app usage patterns. This service uses cookies and similar technologies but does not collect personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data Security
Your saved documents, health data, and personal information are encrypted and stored securely in our backend database. Your data is only accessible to you and is not available to anyone else, including app administrators, except as required by law. Lab results storage is limited to 500MB per user account.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app.
Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the app.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. If you are under 18, you may only use this app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subscription & Payment
Access to the full app requires a paid subscription ($4.99/month in the US; prices may vary by region). New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete health information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Using the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Consulting healthcare professionals for medical decisions
Reminders & Notifications
Our reminder features (medication reminders, appointment reminders, screening reminders, and period tracker alerts) require an active internet connection to function properly.
Reminders are delivered via push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which requires your device to be connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi at the time the reminder is scheduled to be sent.
Please ensure your device maintains internet connectivity to receive timely notifications. We strongly recommend not relying solely on app reminders for critical medical needs, such as time-sensitive medications.
You should maintain backup reminder systems (such as phone alarms, pill organizers, or caregiver assistance) to ensure you do not miss important health-related tasks.
PulseLoop LLC is not liable for missed reminders due to internet connectivity issues, network failures, device settings that block notifications, software errors, or any other technical limitations.
You are solely responsible for managing your medications, appointments, and health-related schedules. Do NOT rely solely on this app for time-sensitive medical reminders. PulseLoop LLC is not liable for any harm, missed doses, missed appointments, or adverse health outcomes resulting from missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications.
AI Health Assistant
PulseLoop Health includes an AI-powered health assistant feature. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The AI Health Assistant is NOT a doctor, medical professional, or licensed healthcare provider.
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Do NOT use the AI Health Assistant in emergencies. Call your local emergency number (911 in the US) immediately.
- Do NOT make any medical decisions based solely on AI responses.
- Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
- AI Health Assistant usage is limited to 20 messages per day per user. The daily limit resets at midnight. This limit is subject to change.
- The AI Health Assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. By using this feature, you agree to Anthropic's usage policies.
- Images shared in the AI Health Assistant are not stored or saved by PulseLoop LLC. They are transmitted directly to Anthropic's servers solely to generate a response and are discarded immediately afterward.
PulseLoop LLC is not liable for any actions taken, decisions made, or harm resulting from reliance on AI Health Assistant responses. The AI assistant is provided as an informational convenience feature only.
Clinical Decision Support Tools
The app includes a “Clinical Tools” section featuring clinical scoring calculators (e.g., HEART, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, MELD, CURB-65, ACR/EULAR classification criteria), DSM-5 criteria reference checkers, and a differential diagnosis reference bank organized by symptom, sign, or condition. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- These tools are intended as reference aids for healthcare professionals, medical students, and trainees. They are NOT intended for use by patients to self-diagnose or self-treat.
- Outputs are based on published classification, screening, or scoring criteria from peer-reviewed sources and professional medical societies. Classification criteria are NOT diagnostic criteria; scoring tools are decision-support aids, not diagnostic instruments.
- Differential diagnosis lists are educational reference material summarizing common and notable causes for a given presentation. They are NOT exhaustive, NOT ranked by probability for any individual patient, and do NOT replace history, physical examination, or appropriate diagnostic workup.
- These tools do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Clinical judgment by a qualified, licensed healthcare professional is required for any diagnostic or treatment decision. Do NOT make clinical decisions based solely on tool output.
- Content may contain errors, omissions, outdated thresholds, or differ from the most current guideline revisions. Always verify against the primary source and your local clinical guidelines before applying to patient care.
PulseLoop LLC is not liable for any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or harm resulting from use of, or reliance on, these tools.

Reminder & Notification Disclaimer
PulseLoop LLC does not guarantee the delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of any reminders or push notifications sent through the app, including but not limited to medication reminders, appointment reminders, period tracker alerts, and screening reminders.
Notifications may be delayed, blocked, or not delivered due to factors outside our control, including device settings, operating system restrictions, internet connectivity, app permissions, low battery, or other technical issues.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PulseLoop LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within California for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All intellectual property rights in the app and its content are owned by or licensed to PulseLoop LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
